LV Clean Co. is the first of its kind, serving Liberty Village & CityPace. Our prices are flat-fee and based on the size of your condo, townhome or loft. You’re busy so we offer the convenience of online booking and payment. You may have questions so please have a look at our Frequently Asked Questions below:

Q: Do you work with pets around?
A: Absolutely! We love working with flurry friends!


Q: What method of payments do you have?
A: We accept most credits cards, and booking online is very easy. We also accept EMT and we provide invoices with payment.


Q: Am I required to provide any cleaning supplies for the cleaners?
A: Our cleaners arrive with cleaning products such as:sprays, rags, dusters, a cotton mop and broom. It is requested that you provide paper towels, a vacuum (if carpeted).


Q: Are there any discounts for frequent customers?
A: We provide maintenance cleaning serviceswith special discounts, please write to us at: info@lvclean.ca
We will send information for Week/Bi-Week & Loyal Month discounts.


Q: I have a moving in/out home, what do you clean specifically, and do you clean ovens, do you clean balconies and windows?
A: Please write to us, so we can send a file with specifications in our services.
Oven cleaning is an additional service that needs to be arranged with at least 24 hrs prior the work, we charge $30, plus HST.
We do not clean balconies, or windows outside.


Q: How will you get in to my unit? Do I have to leave a key somewhere? What do I do if my concierge won’t hold a key, or if I do not have a concierge?
A: You will be required to leave us a key for access. Most concierges will hold a key for tenants. Please put the key in an envelope that says “LV Clean Co.” We will return the key to concierge after the work is done.We also provide lockboxes in some buildings with no front desk.

Q: What are your hours of operation? Do you work on weekends?
A: Our Business Hours are: Monday to Saturday (9am to 5 pm) We are closed on Sundays.


Q: What do I do if I am unhappy with the cleaning of my unit?
A: Please let us know right away, so we can make arrangements to inspect and/or arrange for a solution to the details you were not happy about.

Q: Does LV Clean Co. staff work in teams individually ?
A: Cleanings are performed by one cleaner, however there are exceptions and we work in teams of two cleaners.

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Yes, within 72 hrs. of notice. Partial refund within 48 hrs. No refunds with within 24 hrs.
